Second common problem might face our users is the ability to download emails from mail server, but receiving errors in sending. In most cases the issue is due to SMTP authentication option is not flagged ( see the video above. Minute 2:16 ). The SMTP authentication (outgoing server) is required when sending emails to avoid non-authorized parties to send emails from the mail server.
